About
LCDC is Lee Consterdine Design Co., a residential design and documentation practice based in Downtown Los Angeles.
Design and documentation belong together.
Lee works across residential design, project documentation, visualization, and coordination. His approach is shaped by local influence, practical clarity, and direct client inclusion.
Projects are developed primarily through AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Twinmotion, with Google Slides used as a simple, shared space for clients to review the work as it evolves.
